Overview

The Business Ready Workshop is a one-day workshop will explore 3 key concepts of business readiness. 

Participants will explore

1) Understanding the value of research and strategy for creating a business

2) How to assess business viability 

3) Becoming an effective business owner

The goal of the Business Ready Workshop is to provide each participant with a good understanding of the complexities of starting and growing a business, but also to provide a simple assessment about viability. The one-day workshop will provide a consistent launchpad for the group and individual mentoring as well as the masterclasses.

Designed for teams, small groups and organisations, this customisable program can is best suited for a half-day workshop. Ideally participants would bring their own devices. It can be run in-person or online. If run online, we can record the session so it can be included as part of  your staff training resources.
