Our first trip to Broome and what a trip it was. The Dilun Duwa Regional Series finished the year in Broome delivering a three-day program. Leesa has been a regular presenter with Dilun Duwa (online and in-person), and had an opportunity to again present on staying customer focused.
This 1-hour session is designed to support small businesses to make sure they’re focused on business and products from the customers’ experience. While we love our products and think they’re amazing, we have to make sure we’re looking at them from the point of view of the customer.
